Technology & Startups

Startups need more than attention. They need traction.

We help early-stage companies sharpen their positioning and reach the right audience. We build the marketing systems that turn an idea into demand. The focus is simple: find what resonates and scale it.

Who this is for

SaaS, AI companies, apps, B2B software and early-stage founders.

Founders of startups with early traction who realized that building the product was the easier half.

You have a product and want distribution

It works and people love it. Now it needs a repeatable way to reach the next thousand.

You're technical and the copy shows it

Your homepage explains how it works. But buyers need to know what changes for them. That translation is our job.

You've raised and the clock started

There are KPIs you need to hit before raising the next round, and guessing at channels is an expensive way to spend the runway.

How we'd approach it

Where we'd start, and why.

Every engagement is scoped to the business in front of us, but this is the thinking we'd bring to yours.

First

Positioning and the category story

Make product-market fit obvious, and why you matter. We help define your market, the problem you solve, and why buyers should choose you over competitors.

Then

Go-to-market and channel strategy

Turn the positioning into a plan for growth. We identify the right channels, audiences, and campaigns to reach buyers, then focus resources where traction shows.

Alongside

Measurement and iteration

Track market feedback and respond fast. We measure performance and shift resources toward the channels and campaigns that work.

Why this order

Fundamentals first, paid acquisition last.

It’s tempting to buy traffic early. It feels like progress. But paid media only multiplies whatever you already have. If you have nothing, paid just buys you more of nothing.

So we get the story right, prove the channels, and only then put the budget behind it.

What you'd get

In the first ninety days

  • Positioning and messaging, written down
  • Homepage and product copy rewritten
  • A clear go-to-market and channel strategy
  • Priority channels tested against real audiences
  • Content and search foundations laid
  • Tracking that tells you what works

Straight answers

What founders ask us.

How do we know which marketing channels to focus on?
We don't start with a favorite channel. We start with your market, your buyer, your sales cycle, and what you're trying to prove. Then we test the channels most likely to work and put more behind the ones that actually produce traction.
What if we already have some traction, but growth has stalled?
That's usually a signal problem, not a "do more marketing" problem. We look at where demand is breaking down, whether that's positioning, conversion, acquisition, retention or the channel mix, and focus on the constraint that is actually holding growth back.
Can you help with investor material?
Yes. The pitch narrative, deck copy, investor updates and the fundraising emails. It's the same job as marketing: making a complicated thing land with someone who has ninety seconds.
Do we need a full marketing team yet?
Probably not. Most early-stage companies need the right capabilities before they need a large internal team. We can fill the gaps across strategy and execution, then help you understand what should eventually come in-house as the company grows.
