Get opportunities
When we have a participating business or opportunity that may be relevant to you, we'll send you the details. Maybe it's a restaurant we'd love for you to try, a new local shop, a product launch, or simply a business or business owner that could use some more people knowing they exist.

Interested? Participate. Not interested? Skip it. There is never a requirement to participate in any particular opportunity.

Visit the business. Try the product. Follow their account. Share something with your friends. Give us feedback.
What's in it for you?
The Initiative exists to support small businesses.
But there may be some fun, and the occasional perk, along the way.

Get introduced to interesting businesses, products, restaurants, services and experiences.
Get the occasional perk
Participating businesses or Navren may sometimes offer discounts, complimentary products or services, event access, giveaways or other promotional perks.
Access special opportunities
From time to time, certain participants may be invited to events, launches or other limited opportunities.
Maybe even work together
Navren or a participating business may occasionally have a separate paid promotional or content opportunity. Those engagements are separate from the Small Business Initiative and, if offered, will have their own terms.
Important
Joining the Initiative does not guarantee compensation, free products, discounts, perks or any particular number of opportunities.

A little support can go a long way.
For a small business, a new customer matters. A follow matters. A recommendation matters. A thoughtful piece of feedback matters.
The Small Business Initiative is our way of connecting people who want to help with businesses that could use a little more attention.

Had a great experience? Tell people about it if you want. Have suggestions? Share them with us privately and we'll help get constructive feedback to the business.

Do I have to participate every time you contact me?
No. We'll send you opportunities from time to time. Participate in the ones that interest you and skip the ones that don't. There are no participation quotas.
Do I have to leave reviews?
No. You are never required to leave a review. If you choose to leave one, it should always represent your genuine opinion and experience.
What happens if I don't have a good experience?
You're welcome to send your feedback privately to Navren, and we may pass constructive feedback along to the business where appropriate. You may also leave an honest review. Nothing about the Initiative prevents you from expressing your honest opinions.
Do I get paid?
Ordinary participation in the Small Business Initiative is voluntary and unpaid. Navren or participating businesses may occasionally offer promotional incentives such as discounts, complimentary products or services, event access, giveaways or similar benefits. Navren or a participating business may also separately contact participants regarding paid opportunities. Any paid engagement would be separate from ordinary participation in the Initiative and subject to a separate agreement.
Do I need a big social media following?
No. This isn't an influencer club. We're looking for people who genuinely want to discover and support small businesses.
What kinds of businesses will I see?
The Initiative is built around small businesses, particularly local businesses. The specific businesses and opportunities will change over time.
Am I required to buy something?
No. Every opportunity is different, and participation is always your choice. If an opportunity involves purchasing a product or service, we'll tell you.
Will you share my information with businesses?
Absolutely not. Navren does not share or sell your personal information to participating businesses merely because you joined the Initiative. You can learn more in our Privacy Policy.
Can I leave the Initiative?
Of course. You can stop participating or unsubscribe at any time.
